Yup, it makes me miss last year
It also underscores just how many things this offense was doing last year that it’s not doing this year. Running off screens, catch-and-shoot jumpers, penetration, backdoor cuts … sheesh. I know it has to be in the playbook somewhere!
Ya know, the weird thing is..
..this makes me miss Kyle Weaver, Derrick Low, Robbie Cowgill, AND Taylor Rochestie.
I almost shed a tear
That gave me goose bumps. Man do I miss those veterans. I think by the end of the year our offense will be about half way there…hopefully. I keep hearing how talented and gifted our freshman class is, but man did we look talented last year. Potential is nothing if it is never fulfilled. I have to say I am excited about Casto. Thompson needs to be more assertive.
