Okay, not quite, but Phil Steele (he of the famous pre-season publications) listed Bland to his 3rd Team Freshman All-American team.
He'd been a bright spot towards the end of the year, given how bad our defense was, and particularly kicked butt during the Apple Cup.
I, for one, look forward to another 3 years of watching him play... especially along side Markle.
