Passed up in recruiting

I am excited to see how our 2009 football recruiting class rounds out.  We were 5th in the Pac-10 in recruiting, but I just noticed on scout.com that we have fallen to 7th.  It is disappointing to see that, but this is still one of the best classes we have had since 2008.  We basically have 2 weeks left until signing day.  I am excited to see how it turns out.

My hope is that we have a excellent 2009 season so we can hopefully get Jake Heaps to take a look at Wazzu.  I noticed we are not even on the recruiting radar with him.  We don't even have him listed.  Jake's Mom is impressed with WSU and his good friend Gino is coming to play for us.  That may help.  I just don't want him to go to UW on the potential of Sarkisian.  UW drives me even more crazy after that hire.

I have gotten excited about the diamond in the rough that we have found in Canada.  I also heard he is an awesome basketball player.  I don't know why he isn't going to play for Bennett.  Here is the info on JOHNNY FORZANI.  He has been clocked a 4.37.  That is flying.  In the picture on scout.com he does not look like a wide receiver.  What receiver wears number 78?  It probably was just a practice jersey he was using from the Stampede.  Maybe he will become a safety and play like Tom ZbicowskiCheck it out.
