If UO is considering re-instating Blount..
Then Wazzu should deffinitely consider re-instating Norrel. Before I even knew what Norrels attitude towards his suspension was, I believed the school was beign too harsh in handing out a one year band from the sport. UO got embarrassed on national TV. The cougs, well I doubt that many people even know Norrel exists and less his crime, yet he got handed out a one year band. Its frustating esp. when we really need him.
I think the team should stick with the punishment,
but allow him to join the scout team. It would be like a redshirt year and he’ll be able to learn and grow with his teammates.
But it is up to the unity council if they want to reconsider it, not us, and we should respect their decisions.
