Its not like he could play defense
They ran the ball and threw the ball with ease. They just couldn’t stop Stanford, so I doubt thats the reason.
He shouldn’t have been suspended for the whole season anyway, but good luck justifying taking carries away from LaMichael James

I expected Blount to be reinstated after the OR loss on Saturday.

Please give the Pac-10 & National populace another reason to hate you.

Not sure why everyone says because they lost they reinstated
It was crappy timing, but has been the plan all along. They said he’d be eligible after the USC game. They aren’t going to reinstate him and immediately throw him at a road game, therefor this was the game it was going to happen.
This wasn’t a snap decision after the loss. If they felt they needed him to compete, they would’ve brought him back before the Stanford game or, if they didn’t set an after USC game time frame, before the USC game.
