This just in: Jeshua Anderson is still fast
Anderson successfully defended his 400-meter hurdles title at the Texas Relays yesterday, cruising around the track in 49.48 seconds -- about a second and a half faster than the second place finisher. Anderson said afterwards, "I'm still trying to get in shape because I feel as though I'm still in my football shape." Think about that for a second. Jeshua Anderson runs an entire lap around a track in less than 50 seconds -- while jumping over stuff -- blistering other world-class athletes, and he says he's not even in peak shape yet. Wow.
