You might remember that when Trent Arrivey won the Pac-10 title in the high jump, he dedicated his victory to teammate Shawn Swartz, who had recently been diagnosed with leukemia.

Swartz has returned home to British Columbia for treatment, but the WSU family hasn't forgotten about him. For $5, you can buy a crimson-colored wristband that says "Pride gives us the inner strength to persevere," and features the letters S.S./A.C., in reference to both Swartz's given name and nickname, Air Canada.
