Think about how you can help remodel Martin Stadium

I know a lot of the readers of this blog also faithfully read the WSU Football Blog -- of which we also are big fans -- so you might have already seen their post this morning about how they're trying to work with the WSU athletic department to start a grassroots Internet campaign to help raise the funding to complete the remaining phases of the Martin Stadium remodel.

We at CougCenter are wholeheartedly on board with this project, and have been having conversations behind the scenes regarding how we can help. Once this thing finally gets off the ground, we'll be doing everything we can to be a part of it.

So, what can you do now?

1) Take some real time with your family members and business partners and budget out what you can give to this campaign. We want to make an early splash to generate publicity with the media, so please be ready to give whatever you can in the campaign's early days.

2) Start to identify people who have not yet frequented the WSU sports blogosphere who might be willing to get involved.

Sounds like good advice to me. We'll pass along more when we know more.
