2 WSU football players charged with manufacturing pot - Spokesman.com - Dec. 8, 2010
Jamal Atofau and Andre Barrington have been charged with felony crimes. Both have been dismissed from the team, per Grippi's blog. As well they should be.

I didn't see in the article where it said they were both dismissed from the team.
Only a reference to the earlier suspension. Did Grippi mention that on twitter and I missed it?
He changed his blog, but not the story yet.

Indeed
There will be an APR hit. How big of one depends on if they were on track to graduate. We already know Barrington was taking the year off to focus on academics so …. yeah. It’s not going to help.
Played out as I expected
Actually, I thought if they were to ever returne the university would not allow it but once the charges come down Wulff might as well make it final.
What a shame for both these kids and a true waste on a grand scale.
Waste is right.
I think that’s why so many of us get irate about this sort of stuff. You’ve got a free education, and you’re caught up in a pot growing scheme? Seriously – how stupid do you have to be?
