The following post is my opinion. I want to see what you guys think in the comment thread.

I know that football is the major source of revenue for the Athletic Department but I also believe you should reward success. So therefore I have an idea, maybe it is wise. Maybe it is not (that's for you to decide). 

I say upgrade Beasley first. Add the necessary roof trusses to support a jumbotron and add luxury boxes (and I am not saying many) and increase the capacity and revenue flow into the athletic department. Since I have yet to be in Beasley any needed upgrades that you guys have noticed would definitely benefit the arena are welcome on the comment thread

After the football team shows improvement in the win column (which will, I'm sure, increase donation flow) add phases III and IV of the Martin Stadium renovation. And I totally agree with moving the luxury seats to where the press box currently is, not over the student section like what was originally planned.
