Vince posted this in a comment to one of his articles on the Spokesman Review and gives a little insight into his settlement with Oregon. The article was written about a month ago when he was a finalist for the UNLV job and then had to back out due to this agreement. Sounds like with some good lawyers we could work around the agreement or at the very least just pay a settlement to Oregon. On a side note after reading that article it sounds like to me Oregon is just trying to screw him from any AD job and seems to me that he would love a chance to get the WSU job and compete against Oregon.
