Devonte Lacy from Curtis High School in University Place. The above article is behind the pay wall, but you can find out a tiny bit about him down a bit in this story. (h/t SoCalCoug)

If nothing changes between now and then

There will be 6 open scholarships for 2012. The class is going to be pivotal for Bone and our first real look at his recruiting prowess. This is a good start and I’ll be curious to see how this kid plays in the next two years.

I thought it was a football recruit

so I was bewildered as to what a CG was. Center/Guard maybe?

Then I realized it was basketball. And I went, “Wow, I’m dumb.” Awesome.

center guard?

I’m pretty sure that was Fabian Boeke’s position… center in height but guard in skillset :)

I'm confused

Is he part of the 2011 or 2012 class? The Tacoma Tribune says he was a junior last year.

He seems to be listed 2011

Everywhere except that one Scout article.

I was exciting to find this article this morning,

because this kid is from my Alma Mater. The last exciting player to come out of Curtis was Isiah Thomas. Here is an article that was posted a few minutes ago. In the article they list him as part of the 2011 class, he currently is a junior.
