Well, here's our back to reality moment. Dan Spitz was suspended for 9 games after failing an NCAA mandated drug test today. Andre Barrington is also academically ineligible for the upcoming season. This one is a shame asI was really looking forward to Barrington. Hopefully he can get it on track, but it sounds like academics have been a struggle for him since he arrived. Grippi also mentions Bernard Wolfgramm is on the fence academically. The depth on the defensive line -- that we thought turned into a strong point -- would take a hit if WSU loses both Spitz and Wolfgramm. Cross your fingers.
