The guy was there for two years and jumped to a better team in a better conference with one of the greatest traditions in college football for more money. I don’t understand the hate there.
I understand the hate
However, job one for any coach is to leave a program better than the way they found it. Hoke did that and much more. He didn’t stick around for long but he certainly did his job. When was SDSU ever relevant? Maybe when Dan McGuire was around? Don Coryell?
Cougar fans know the feeling bt if you are Hoke you don’t turn down the chance to coach in the “Big House”.
