Several of you selected USC to finish atop the south standings, but not a single entrant picked UCLA to finish 2nd and move on to the championship game. This made selecting a winner a little more difficult.
To determine the winner I first gathered all entrants who correctly selected both Oregon and USC to win their respective divisions.
From there, I counted the number of teams picked in their finishing order correctly (for example if you selected Colorado to finish 5th in the south, that got you 1 point).
After that process we were tied with 2 entrants who correctly guessed 7 of the 12 standings spots.
The tiebreaker was the score of the PAC12 title game (even though the two finalists predicted different matchups) and the winner was a mere 7 points off the final score (the runner up was 25 points off).
Without further ado, the winner of the 2011 Pac 12 prediction contest is: (winner announced after the jump)
