The Lubbock media will find out the folks out here in Lubbock are a little smarter than they think they are—at least I hear more support for Mike from my neighbors than the local Pravda would indicate.

I expected them to settle from the very beginning. Mangino was accused of far worse than Mike Leach and Kansas paid him to leave. It was shameful for Tech to not even pay Mike for the 2009 season he already coached. I still hope for the best for Tommy T but I have not been nearly as excited about Tech football in the last two years.

I read the article before I saw it here. Maybe Mike will be getting a big check from Tech to go along with his WSU earnings.
