The WSU basketball team proudly displays its version of Ol' Crimson in Times Square as they take in the sights and sounds of New York in advance of Tuesday's NIT semifinal against Wichita State.
It's a beautiful sight, isn't it? Sometimes we forget that there are 18- to 21-year-old kids at the center of all of this, and getting to take a trip to New York and be given the royal treatment is a pretty cool thing. Good for them. In what's been a difficult season, they've earned it.
The WSU athletic department also sent along a video from today's practice at Columbia University. If you look real close, you can find visual evidence that Patrick Simon is still on the team.
