Washington State basketball player Reggie Moore will have his record cleared of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession charges if he remains out of legal trouble through June 9, a Whitman County Prosecutor’s office spokesperson said Thursday.
This according to Howie Stalwick for Cougfan.com. I have no idea what this actually means with regards to guilt, innocence, etc., but I would be surprised if there is any further team discipline stemming from this incident.

I'd assume it's a no-contest plea
Some states will allow no-contest pleas for misdemeanors which are not treated as guilty pleas for any purpose other than the punishment (in this case, probably a fine and perhaps a short probation).
So, what it means as far as guilt or innocence is that it’s not worth either the state’s or Moore’s time to establish guilt or innocence, because this is really trivial.
"We don't want our people to be preoccupied with seminude, crazy men jumping up and down who are chasing an inflated object," said Sheik Mohamed Osman Arus, head of operations for the Hizbul Islam insurgent group.
