I am finally heading back to Pullman for a football game this season. The last time I was at a Cougar home game, they beat Oregon handily. How's that for perspective?
My wife and I will be driving our 1982 VW Westfalia to live out of for two nights. I'm curious if I need to get an RV parking permit or if there is a special parking for campers such as mine. The university's parking services explanation is rather vague.
Can anyone help?
