Maybe he didn’t want to move west. But my guess is that the position at WV offers more responsibilities than the position that we supposedly offered him

I don't think it's weird.
Leach’s offer, as the article says, set the other offers in motion. And yeah, maybe he would have come if the position here was also a co-DC job like WVU and not just a linebackers position.
