HOT COUGAR ACTION: Monday Morning Trivia
It's Monday, which means it's time for trivia. Recently, I've been going with basketball related questions, but today is a grab bag of random football questions. Mostly because in order to find basketball trivia I would actually have to read about the basketball team and well, I'd rather not.
I'm going with four questions today, each worth 10 points so it is still anyone's game. Don't look now, but Craig has made a recent jump in the standings, I've looking forward to him taking the overall lead and everyone accusing us of collusion.
Q: Since 2000, how many times has the WSU football team scored 50 or more points in a game?
Q: Who was the last team WSU shut out?
Q: What is the longest winning streak in WSU history?
Q: What is the longest losing streak in WSU history?

One stupid kick return from a shutout this year
It was Idaho in 03. I went back and checked Chris Ball’s post game interview

Hmm
1. I’ll say 6, but only because the Cougar offense in 754 AD was so prolific.

I'm hung up.
Some of our best offenses were BC, and he didn’t specify which 200.

Yeah, those were ugly times for college football
The Pope would always mandate that Notre Dame play in the BCS Title Game no matter what their record was.
The blood of "The Five" cries for justice.
Lou Holtz was Pope?

i'm sure #4 isn't much higher than 10
WSU football’s history is certainly unimpressive, but it is predominantly loaded with seasons of 3 to 6 wins. That doesn’t allow for many mega losing streaks.
The Wulff era was the worst 4 year stretch.

2. Pretty sure Nusser is right. 25-0 in 03. First Coug game I ever attended. All downhill on the defensive side from there.

Question
Did the coaches discuss the spring practice schedule at all yesterday with the team? Has a date for the spring game been set yet?

Not that I know of.
As soon as I see one, I will make it an emphasis of one of these posts since I know a few people are planning on heading to Spokane for it.
