Like the title says, what's the background of the Cougar Chomp thing we do during football and basketball games. I've been to games for two years now and I still haven't figured it out at all. It seems like a rip off of Florida's Gator Chomp; except we play the Jaws theme song instead. So we're sharks instead of gators? But that's still no where near anything that resembles a cougar. Has the school been advocating Team Shark years before Leach even signed on?
