There have been things written on some of the other seniors who played an integral role during the season and in the Apple Cup and Gino Simone needs to be included on that list. Although his season was hampered by injuries, he stepped up late in the game and made a clutch catch to extend the drive. As Tuel scrambled and somehow manages to get the ball out before taking a flying headbutt to the face, Gino stayed alive, and caught a ball that went directly through the hands of the UW defender. I don't know if any of the younger receivers make this catch. It was a clutch play by a true Coug. It was great to see Simone, Tuel, Winston and the other seniors go out on top.
