Still unreal to me. It's like a celebrity wearing a Cougs shirt still.
I never thought we would ever land him until they asked Moos about it at the Wulff press conference. Even then I though it was a big MAYBE. Nope…..Washington State Coach Mike Leach.
Around these parts, a man could get hurt for wearing purple.

By buddy is at the Night with Cougar Athletics here in the Tri-City and just called me excited as a school girl saying he just ran into Leach in the bathroom. He goes “it’s real! It actually feels real now!”

Last year guys were tailgating at the stadium.
There’s plenty of room out there. Last year I barbequed at my house and walked over (10 minute walk). But guys were tailgating, cooking, drinking, and throwing the football around. There was a couple travel trailers set up. Then there was the Beer Garden in the south end zone, I never made it past that spot!
