I was looking at the scrimmage announcement on www.wsucougars.com and read this,
Please note that tailgating or consumption of alcohol in public is illegal per Washington State law and RCW 66.44.100 and carries a fine of $103. That should not deter you from arriving early and enjoying the food and beverages which will be available inside Joe Albi Stadium when the gates open at 10 a.m. We have assurances that there will be staffing in place and points of sale to accommodate our expected record setting crowd.
Does this mean we'll get a ticket if we tailgate? Do we have to take an RV to tailgate? Are we going to get ticketed for drinking?
