Looking at the data - Halliday, Offense, Defense 2012 vs 2013

Pet project of mine has been compiling data from www.cfbstats.com to look at Connor's growth in the Air Raid, the offense and defense's overall progression or regression to see what we can expect for next year.

There are a series of dashboards you can cycle through as well as the individual sheets for each statistical category. Let me know if you want to something differently, I'm by no means a statistician and there very well could be way better ways to show this stuff.

You can compare 2012 to 2013 or use the Season Filter look at one or the other. Same goes for location (Home v Away) or result (Win v Loss) if available. On most line graphs if you hover over a particular game (plot point) it will give you more information like opponent, score, result, and location.

I tired to show the running total for the full season as well as what the story was week to week. At first glance, the offense took a solid leap forward from year 1 to year 2 under Mike Leach, the defense stayed stagnant or took a step back in many categories.

Connor's completion percentage and drop backs per interception really shot up from 2012 to 2013 while Yards Per Attempt stayed about the same.

Please leave any suggestions or comments in the comments :) and Go Cougs!
