Pac-12 commissions independent investigation of Ed Rush controversy

The Pac-12's director of basketball officiating offered a cash or a trip to any ref who would give Arizona coach Sean Miller a technical foul in the Pac-12 tournament. Commissioner Larry Scott said it was clear it was a joke in deciding not to fire Rush, but the ensuing controversy led Rush to resign. Now the school presidents have gotten involved.
