"I asked him, 'What do you want?' He just basically said, 'I want to be able to coach some good basketball. I want to have a chance to be in the NCAA Tournament.' That's pretty much it. He didn't say I want to make millions or I want to be on Dick Vitale's or Digger Phelps' speed dial, that was never important to him. I know he just wants good basketball. I know he's been frustrated this year because he hasn't seen it (the Cougars are 11-6) but if indeed he sees it he will be as happy as he can be right where he is.''
