It's been widely presumed (and reported) that at least Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are headed to the Pac-12, and probably also Texas and Texas Tech, wherein the Pac-12 would become the country's first BCS automatic qualifier superconference with 16 teams. Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott tried to put a stop to all that talk tonight by announcing his league won't expand.
Ted Miller gives an excellent breakdown of the Pac-12 conference meetings, noting that nothing is done and revenue sharing is the biggest priority for the new conference. Reports of a North/South alignment are false and equal revenue sharing has some serious traction.
