If there is one thing I've learned over the years, it's that if I have a "good feeling" heading into a WSU football game, the Cougars are going to get stomped.
In 2006, I think I told everyone I knew WSU was going to beat Arizona State, then this happened. In 2010 I felt great about WSU's chances to beat the Sun Devils once again. Yeah not so much. I did the same thing last year not once, but twice. Both turned out to be two of the worst performances of the season.
This is all relevant because as I sit here typing this, I have the insane thought that the Cougars might just pull this off. I have no idea why, but it's there. What I'm saying is, I apologize in advance for the impending 40-point loss.
