There is a football game tonight.
So this just got a whole lot more awkward.
The Washington State Cougars host the UCLA Bruins on Saturday, and we all know what the announcers will be talking about for the next 3 1/2 hours. Hint: It's not going to be football.
It's Dad's Weekend, and the Bruins are way better than the Cougs. Could UCLA be looking forward to a match-up with the Trojans that would decide the Pac-12 South title? Let's hope so.
Last Dad's Weekend saw one of the great performances in Cougar Football history. All we ask is that happens again so we can feel better about life. CAN YOU PLEASE JUST GIVE US THAT, FOOTBALL GODS? WHAT THE HELL DID WE EVER DO TO DESERVE THIS?
I'm convinced that Price sold something to the devil for those two Rose Bowls. There is no other logical explanation.
