Long day at WSU - SportsLink - Spokesman.com - April 13, 2010
A recap from the Tuesday practice. More injuries, which is never good, including one of our remaining two healthy running backs. The practice was also less than ideal and not intense at all. But, the kickers heard my pep-talk and all were perfect! -
WSU sees improvement at tight end - SportsLink - Spokesman.com - April 15, 2010
Grippi recaps the Thursday practice. Practice was so-so and there were a few more injuries. The team is winding down the spring practice session and heads off to a team retreat all weekend before getting back to work on Monday. -
Student breaks world record
OK, it's hard to find news this week. This student at WSU broke a world record for half court shots in one minute. Remember, kids, it's good to have goals. -
Cougar Baseball Travels to Tucson - WASHINGTON STATE OFFICIAL ATHLETIC SITE
The Cougs are in Arizona this weekend, looking to follow up the big series win against ASU. -
Ryan Leaf opens up on NFL failure, personal struggles - Pac-10 Blog - ESPN
This link should round up most of the Ryan Leaf coverage. It also includes some audio of Leaf on the Ian Furness show. My own thoughts on it: it's good to see him finally face this head on and be so open. I hope he's gotten it turned around and it looks like he's on the right track after falling so flat in a very public way.
It's been a ridiculously slow week for WSU. Remember, the late signing period is underway. At some point, Coach Bone should be making a move. When he does, we'll have something about it.
