What a difference a week makes. Everyone was pretty pessimistic heading into the SMU game, I'm not sure anyone gave these guys a chance of hanging with the Mustangs. The Cougs went out and competed and the fanbase has a new hope. Now USC comes to town and people think there is a chance WSU stays with them and the spead is exactly the same as it was against SMU. Pretty crazy stuff.
So it is time for these players and coaches to show us something. Give the die-hards at Martin Stadium a reason to stay all four quarters.

- The Cougar offense will look very different today. We'd heard they may spread it out, and it looks like that will be the case. Look for a lot of different looks and things we haven't seen in some time. Be excited for it.
