Jeshua Anderson Goes For His Third NCAA Title Today

When the WSU baseball team failed to make the NCAA tournament, I thought it marked the end of the CougCenter streamin' and threadin' until football season. Instead, thanks to Jeshua Anderson being awesome, we have one more chance.

Anderson will race in the NCAA Championships today looking to capture his third NCAA title in the 400-meter hurdles. He won the event as a freshman and sophomore before finishing second as a junior. Anderson should be the favorite to win the final today. His season best of 48.13 is the fastest intermediate hurdle time in the United States this season, almost a full second faster than any other college athlete.

The race is slated to begin at 4:45 PDT and can be streamed via the link on this page (Note: I couldn't get the CSTV player to work in Google Chrome earlier, but it's running fine using Firefox.) It will be Anderson's final race in a WSU uniform and the last time to get your streamin' and threadin' fix until September so don't miss it.
