The Crimson Tide are still No. 1, but voters are starting to spread their first-place nods elsewhere. Alabama received 64 of the 87 votes for the top spot, but six others were No.1 on ballots.
South Carolina and Florida received lots of attention for their big wins last weekend. The Gamecocks received seven first-place votes and rose to No. 3, four spots up from last week. Florida rose six spots, and nine voters put them at the top.
Iowa State was the biggest mover, jumping 13 spots from the "others receiving votes" section into No. 25. Undefeated teams Cincinnati and Louisiana Tech also moved into the poll at No. 21 and No. 22.
The Cougs didn't end up on any ballots this week, after appearing on one in the last edition. No love for a 2-4 team whose only win over an FBS school came against UNLV? Come on now.
