12-P09099 Alcohol Offense 01:53:43 10/20/12 Jake Opgenorth ACT

900 NE Monroe St, PULLMAN, WA 99163

Brett M. Kingma (DOB: 09/13/92) was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 40g and Minor Exhibiting the Effects of Having Consumed Alcohol in a Public Place.

Kingma is sitting out this year after transferring from Oregon over the summer. It's unknown what kind of team discipline he faces for the incident or what kind of role the arrest may play in his future. As we know, possession of marijuana is enough to earn a football player a ticket out of town, but the rules across all sports are less clear.

More on Kingma's arrest and the discipline that will surely follow as we get it.
