At some point, probably tomorrow, I'll have something on WSU football. But for now, I want to share a story with you. It's not WSU-related or even sports-related, but it's important.
I want you to meet William. The manager of Our Daily Bears, SB Nation's Baylor blog, is William's father. And this morning, he shared the story of his son and the trials and tribulations he's been through in the past year. The story is both heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time -- kind of a weird combination, but it'll make sense when you read it.
Throughout the day, many of us have been sharing the story penned by Mark C. Moore and marveling at his strength. After reading it, I'm sure you'll do the same.
Feel free to stop by Our Daily Bears -- a fantastic blog that I've watched grow for just about the last year -- and leave a comment. Or pass along the story in whatever way you see fit. It's worth reading and worth sharing, though I'll warn you that the room might get a bit dusty.
This is a very good reminder that behind all the words you see on our 300-plus blogs are real people with real stories. Sure we all write about sports, a minor topic in the grand scheme of it all, but there are some amazing people around this network -- on the mastheads and in the comment sections. Mark is one of them, and I'm proud he's with SB Nation.
