HOT COUGAR ACTION: WSU Announces Spring Football Practice Dates

Believe it or not, there was news yesterday that wasn't related to the NCAA Tournament. The big WSU story was the release of the spring football practice schedule.

PRINCETON, N.J.- With its defeat of San Francisco Tuesday, Washington State University men's basketball (16-16) had advanced and will host Wyoming (21-11), Monday, March 19 in the quarterfinals of the College Basketball Invitational (CBI) presented by Zebra Penn. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at Beasley Coliseum.


UW baseball starting Pac-12 play " Kitsap Sun
Washington State (9-6) opens Pac-12 play Friday at sixth-ranked Arizona (14-3). Right fielder Derek Jones and first baseman Taylor Ard of the Cougars are among those tied for first in the Pac-12 with four home runs.
