HOT COUGAR ACTION: A Look Back At Last Week

Today might be the lightest day of links since I started writing the daily link post in August. With basically nothing new to get to, let's take a look back at last week. There were plenty of spring football and baseball recaps, but a few other interesting things as well.

In the way only he could, Mike Leach compared Connor Halliday's injury status to Harry Potter. Even as someone who has never watched any of the Harry Potter movies or read the books, I thoroughly enjoyed that quote. As Brian said in his post, what will Leach pull out next?

Speaking of Leach, Jeff's post on the installation of Leach's offense is a must read if you missed it. In Christian Caple's interview with Bobby Ratliff after the jump, Ratliff said he was surprised to learn how simple the offense actually is.

If you missed it yesterday, a WSU fan waved his flag (or technically his t-shirt) at the Masters Green Jacket Ceremony.

Finally, if you were curious how the 2011-12 basketball season impacted the WSU record book, you can find out here.
