Starting today at 9 a.m. PT, the vote is back on and the winning school will be the location for one of GameDay's commercials. WSU reports huge sales for crimson license plates | News | Pullman / Moscow News
Somewhere out there, 3,452 WSU license plates are bleeding crimson. The one-color plates introduced a 20 percent increase of Cougar plate sales with the Department of Licensing since they debuted on January 23rd.
