HOT COUGAR ACTION: Tuesday Morning Links

Despite being a Tuesday in the middle of May, there are actually quite a few links after the jump. The WSU baseball team lost 13-8 to Cal Monday, meaning they are now 0-4 on their five games in five day stretch. This time, four errors in the seventh inning did them in.

If you'd rather not read about the baseball team losing, you can also check out this Q&A with Greg Rankich. Rankich donated $3 million to the Cougar Football Project back in December, and the Q&A comes from wsucougars.com via Cougar Quarterly.

That's all for now, but later this morning, Brian will be by with an investigative report you won't want to miss. It's about to get real.

Best position move: Washington State DE Travis Long to the "buck" linebacker is going to play huge dividends for Mike Breske. He was on the verge of being an A-list defensive end last season in the 4-3 defense. But with a switch to the 3-4, this hybrid DE/OLB position will allow the full range of his athleticism to come out.
