HOT COUGAR ACTION: Welcome To The Week Before Gameweek

It's been 268 days since the Washington State football team last took the field and while at times it felt like the 2012 season would never arrive, we are now only 10 days away.

While that 10 days may still feel like an eternity, the Pac-12 Network will help pass some of the time tonight with a full night of Washington State. As Joelgwsu pointed out in this FanPost, the Pac-12 Network will rebroadcast the Colorado game from last year, the 2012 season preview and the 1992 Apple Cup. It all get's underway at 6:00 p.m. PT and there may or may not be a live thread.

Today is also a milestone day of sorts. In addition to being the first day of school, today is also the four year anniversary of CougCenter. Quite frankly, I'm surprised we made it a day past the hiring of Jeff Collier. I expected him to spill Mountain Dew on the servers by now and send us into the dark.
