Flashback to the 2012 Apple Cup

It's never too late to rewatch WSU's comeback in the 2012 Apple Cup

Mike Leach and the football team are focused on winning the 2013 Apple Cup, but with the game still a few days away, now seems like a good time to look back at the win last year.

The game may have gone the Huskies way for the first three quarters, but it was all Cougars in the fourth quarter and overtime. With highlights showing just the fourth quarter and overtime, we can skip all of the bad and just rewatch the good.

Toni Pole's interception and Andrew Furney's game-winning kick may be the most-memorable plays, but the entire team made so many big plays, on both sides of the ball. Great catches from Gino Simone, Kristoff Williams and Isiah Myers. The strip by Steven Hoffart that helped WSU come back. Oh, and of course there was Jeff Tuel scrambling, somehow staying alive and connecting on one of the biggest plays of the game.

If text is more of your thing, I wrote 16 updates during the game which can be found here.
