The CougCenter Hour, Episode 13: Football, futbol and basketball are all back

It's a full week of athletic stuff at Washington State. We've got you covered after a week away on this edition of the CougCenter Hour.

William Mancebo

We took the week off. Did you miss us? We know you did, you just won't admit it. SOMEONE JUST TELL ME THEY LOVE ME. IT'S ALL I WANT!

We take one week off and look what happens? Everything apparently. The football team is finally playing again after going 17 days without playing a game. Before the Thursday night ASU debacle, they went 11 days without playing. We'll discuss whether consecutive long layoffs are good for a team trying to get to a bowl and WSU's chances against Arizona this Saturday.

Both basketball teams kicked off their seasons a few days ago. We'll go over each performance and drive a little deeper into the women's game with Neil Roberts. He'll also chat with us about the best team WSU has going: women's soccer. They're finally getting what they deserve in an NCAA tournament game at home this Saturday. We'll see if they can get past Illinois.
