Apple Cup 2013: The CougCenter Hour, Episode 14

The Cougs are bowl eligible for the first time in seven years and they're looking forward to the Huskies in this Friday's Apple Cup. I suppose we'll have a few things to talk about.

For the first time ever, the CougCenter Hour is being broadcast from Seattle. For the first time ever, we're broadcasting with a bowl eligible football team. It doesn't get old saying that, does it?

For the first time since 2006, the Cougs are bowl eligible. It feels just as good as I thought it would to be able to say that again after so many years. We'll start off the show by examining the win over Utah and what it took to get by the Utes.

Then, we need to talk about the bowl possibilities and, if the Cougs can't get by the Huskies, what it's going to take for them to get to the postseason with so many other teams eligible to go. We'll spend a little while taking a look at the Huskies and what kind of challenge they present for WSU.

Lastly, a very special Ask Michael Anything. Instead, we're doing Husky jokes. Submit your best and we'll read them ALL on the show. If you've got 'em, I want to hear them. You can submit them on Twitter with the hashtag #cougcenterhour, email us at cougcenterpodcast@gmail.com or leave one in the comments.
