Emmitt Su'a-Kalio faxes letter of intent to Washington State

The defensive lineman from American Samoa will head across the Pacific to play his college football at Washington State.

Traveling most of the way across the planet's largest ocean to play your college football is quite a commitment and Emmitt Su'a-Kalio has done just that. The defensive end from Pago Pago, American Samoa and Kanana Fou Theological School has faxed in his letter of intent to play college football at Washington State.

Su'a-Kalio doesn't have any tape as a high schooler but both Scout and Rivals list him as a 2-star defensive lineman. Su'a-Kalio stands at 6'4" tall and 250 pounds with an offer in hand from Utah as well. Colorado and Wisconsin also showed some interest in the lineman. Scout considers him to be the 194th best defensive line recruit in the 2013 class. Rivals expects him to line up at defensive end.

Kyle's evaluation post is here but because Su'a-Kalio doesn't have any tape, we'll hold off on a more thorough look into his skills until he steps on campus.

Welcome to the Cougar family Emmitt!
