The women's basketball team knocked off USC on Friday night and have now won four straight games. The Cougars are now 5-6 in conference play which is good for a tie for sixth. WSU will face No. 17 UCLA in Pullman on Sunday, as they go for five straight wins.

While the women's team is riding a four-game winning streak, the men's team has lost three straight. They will attempt to break that streak today, but in order to do so will have to defeat UCLA on the road. The game is scheduled to tip at 7 p.m. PT.

Some sad news to pass along as former WSU football coach Jim Sweeney died Friday. Not many details were released, but Sweeney was 83 years old.
