With basketball season long over, spring football ending today and the baseball team not doing much, we've officially entered the dead zone of WSU news.
Today, there is essentially no news. The links include an old rehash of the spring game. That's it. We've been down this road before and eventually I'll come up with creative things to discuss in this space, but today I'm woefully unprepared. Instead, I'm going to do what my teachers used to do when they weren't prepared ... show a video.
This, however, is not just any video, it's the 1982 Apple Cup. If you are unfamiliar, A 2-7-1 WSU team upset No. 5 Washington which knocked them from the Rose Bowl to the Aloha Bowl. As an added bonus, the video ends with some very disturbing, yet amusing commercials.
