Review of the finalists for the greatest moment in WSU history

We've narrowed the list to six after telling you we'd get it to five (our bad) and on Wednesday and Thursday, it'll be up to you to figure out who gets to sit atop the podium.

James Snook-US PRESSWIRE

Last week, we narrowed the list of nominees for the greatest moment in WSU history from ten down to six. We originally planned on getting down to five but, well, oops. In case you didn't listen to that podcast I'd first like to say shame on you. Your obvious problem with a lack of good taste aside, we've got all the finalists below with my own audio review and a video highlight of each.

"But Michael, if I want to vote on the greatest moment in WSU history, how do I do that? You promised we could!" Right I did, person I invited in this weak writing crutch likely to be employed by Rick Reilly where you talk to a fictional person. Consider your choice carefully because starting on Wednesday morning at 7 a.m., you'll be able to vote on the greatest moment. Voting will end on Thursday at 8 p.m. with a reveal of the winner on Friday morning. I'm leaving it up to all of you; don't disappoint me.

Now, in no particular order, my review of the six finalists.

Rochestie's Game Winner:

Pleis' interception vs. Washington:

Long's tackle for a loss vs. USC:

Note: I couldn't find a video highlight of Long's stops.

Jackson's TD catch vs. Washington

Bender's stop on 4th down vs. UCLA

Bledsoe to Bobo
