WSU hasn't had a very big NFL presence in recent seasons, but Marcus Trufant has been the one constant. Trufant's presence in the NFL will apparently continue for at least one more season as he signed a one-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday.
Trufant spent the first 10 seasons of his career with the Seahawks after being selected with the No. 11 pick out of Washington State. Trufant and Brandon Gibson are both headed to Florida after spending time in the NFC West. This is obviously going to re-jumpstart WSU's Florida pipeline.
